Welcome to Palm Tree Heritage, your private paradise at Odayam Beach, Varkala – often called the “Little Paradise of Varkala.” Since opening in 2008, we have been creating unforgettable experiences for travelers seeking peace, comfort, and authentic Kerala charm.

What are your check-in and check-out times?
Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM (noon). If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
What does "private beach" mean at your resort?
Our private beach means that Palm Tree Heritage has direct and exclusive access to a serene stretch of Odayam Beach. This ensures our guests can enjoy a peaceful, uncrowded environment perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying our special beachside dining experiences away from the public crowds.
How far is the resort from the nearest airport, and do you offer transfers?
We are located approximately 45 km from Trivandrum International Airport (TRV), which is about a 1.5-hour drive depending on traffic. We can happily arrange a private airport transfer for you for a seamless arrival experience. Please contact our front desk to book this service.
What are the dining options available? Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
Our signature restaurant, Babu Farm Restaurant, is located right on the beach and specializes in fresh seafood, local Keralan cuisine, and farm-to-table dishes. We are happy to accommodate special dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Please inform us of your needs when booking or upon arrival.
Do all of your rooms have a sea view?
Yes, absolutely. All our rooms are thoughtfully designed to provide stunning, direct views of the Arabian Sea. Each room also features a private balcony, allowing you to fully enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery and sunsets.
